If you’re new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
Open the 20/20 program.- In the main toolbar select “>File –> Open “
- A new window will open. “Image –> Muted BackGround“
- A new window called Muted Background effect is now open. There is a slide bar at the bottom & in the middle it will change the Opacity level.
Slide back and forth until you get the muted effect you want. I set mine at around 60% or so for background 100% for wallpaper. You can preview the image. If its the way you want it then click Apply.- You now have a muted backround or tiled wallpaper!
- Don’t forget to save your background. File –> Save As
Opacity level means it will change the amount of light going thru your image. The opacity level ranges from completely transparent (0) to completely opaque (100).
