This Halloween bow embelishment is in .psd format & works in both Paint Shop Pro as well as Adobe PhotoShop. This bow is orange colored. This tube is free for anyone to use. In addition to being used personally for scrapbook pages, tags ect it can also be use commercially.
If you wish to share with your friends please do not send the .zip or .psd thru groups/email instead please send the URL of this page.
