Making Muted Backgrounds with 20/20

Open the 20/20 program.
In the main toolbar select “>File –> Open “
A new window will open. “Image –> Muted BackGround“
A new window called Muted Background effect is now open. There is a slide bar at the bottom & in the middle it will change the Opacity level.
Slide back and forth until you get the muted [...]
