To install Paintshop Pro Scripts, Download and extract the zip file.
Open your Jasc Folder > Paint Shop Pro > Scripts-restricted or trusted (script should tell you) in your computer (Something like C:\Program -Files\Jasc Software Inc\Paint Shop Pro 8\Scripts-Restricted).
Copy all the scripts and paste it in Scripts-restricted or Scripts-trusted folder.
